# Rollen & Rechte: wer was sieht und tut, einmal entschieden

## Was Sie damit tun

- **Sauber einladen und entfernen.** Einladungen per Link oder QR-Code, sieben Tage gültig;
  Portalverbindungen eingeschlossen.
- **Wissen, wer was tat.** Der Verlauf nennt ein ehemaliges Mitglied „Ehemaliges Mitglied“

  hinaus.

## Neu in dieser Funktion

- App 0.41.0: Removing a team member now shows what they are responsible for and hands it to a colleague, or back to the team, before they go.
- App 0.41.0: Removing a member now also takes their own portal connections with them, and says first which ones and what becomes of their live listings.
- App 0.41.0: A deal's history names someone who has left the team as "Former member" and automatic steps as "System", instead of showing a code.
- App 0.41.0: A broker limited to their own records now sees only their objects in „Objekte“, and the lists say so instead of looking empty.
- Platform 0.26.0: A broker limited to their own records now sees only the enquiries assigned to them.
- Platform 0.26.0: A broker limited to their own records no longer receives colleagues' contacts and properties as live updates.
- App 0.40.3: Access is one page: people, groups and roles as tabs with one search, and a member sees only their own rights.
- Platform 0.25.4: Only a workspace's admins and owner can read another member's rights; a member reads their own.
- App 0.37.6: When a workspace has no groups yet, the groups page now says where to create one.
- App 0.37.3: Turning "Commissions for the owner only" on or off now shows its effect on everyone's access at once, and Refresh shows the current access.
- App 0.37.3: The members page no longer claims for a moment that the workspace has no members while it loads.
- Platform 0.20.4: Access settings now offer only limits that hold, and flag any older rule that should be removed.
- App 0.33.16: Settings are tidier: each question about access and roles now has one clear place to answer it.
- App 0.25.0: Contacts can be grouped by city or advertising consent, so you see at a glance who may receive your newsletter.
- App 0.25.0: On a phone, a colleague's access panel now has one clear close button, and each button says what it does.
- App 0.25.0: Group changes in access settings either take effect or say plainly that they did not go through.
- App 0.25.0: Listings of units in the same building are easy to tell apart, and the list remembers how many rows you like.
- App 0.25.0: A team member's page opens cleanly the first time, even from a link or a bookmark.
- App 0.25.0: Permission changes are previewed in the same plain words as the permission table, so you see exactly what you grant.
- App 0.25.0: The explanation of team roles opens with a tap, so phone and tablet users can read it too.
- App 0.25.0: Role changes reach the access pages as they happen, and your rights update the moment an admin changes your role.
- App 0.25.0: Teams can be renamed or retired right where you manage their permissions, after a clear check of who is affected.
- App 0.25.0: New personal permissions take effect the moment an admin changes them, and the app tells you, no reload needed.
- App 0.24.4: Access levels hold tighter: "Lesen" and "Schreiben" mean exactly what they say, and taking away a role or team asks first.
- App 0.24.4: Roles can be changed from a phone too, including making a colleague admin or handing the workspace to a new owner.
- App 0.24.4: A colleague's page in team settings now speaks about that person and leads straight to their access.
- App 0.24.4: Creating a person asks for role and department once a company is chosen, so everything you enter is kept.
- App 0.24.4: Changes to boards, workspaces and members tell you when they did not go through, and a removed member leaves every open list.
- Platform 0.15.0: Groups and their permissions always show what is really saved, even when a change does not go through.
- Platform 0.15.0: A member's open app picks up changed permissions at once, so the right buttons appear without reloading.
- Platform 0.15.0: Role and rights changes take effect at once in every open app, with no reload needed.
- Platform 0.14.2: Everyone with access to your workspace shows by name and e-mail, so you can see who still belongs.
- Platform 0.14.2: When an admin changes your role, your new rights show up in your open app at once.
- App 0.13.1: The access page names roles in plain German with a short explanation each, and pet roles are no longer offered for people.
- App 0.11.4: Automatic sign-out is adjustable on your profile, and access checks on view-only colleagues are tighter.
- App 0.11.4: Team members get a smoother day: deals stay in the calendar, and only actions they may use are offered.
- App 0.11.1: Board filters stay the way you set them, and grouping by priority or owner applies right away.
- App 0.11.1: The team list shows when each colleague joined, and removing someone explains that their work stays with the team.
- App 0.11.1: Your contact list reads properly on a laptop again, and grouping by company finally looks grouped.
- App 0.11.1: A colleague's workspace role is now set in the team list, where every change really takes effect.

… und 8 ältere Änderungen.
