## Was Sie damit tun

  oder fremdes —, nach dem wirtschaftlich Berechtigten und wie Sie das festgestellt haben;
  „Guten Tag Frau Kunz,“.
- **Firmen zusammenhalten.** Gefilterte Listen führen Personen unter dem Namen ihrer Firma;

  [Datenschutz & Aufbewahrung](https://docs.capitality.io/de/features/privacy/).

- App 0.41.0: Each contact now shows which colleague is responsible for it, and you can hand it to someone else in the team with one choice.
- App 0.41.0: Contacts can now be picked like mail: Shift-click takes a whole run, a right click opens what to do with the chosen ones, Esc lets go.
- App 0.41.0: Give a colleague a ready-made limit in one click: a broker sees only their own contacts, an assistant sees no commission and deletes nothing, a trainee only reads.
- App 0.41.0: The GwG check asks whose money it is — the party's own or someone else's — with the beneficial owner and how you established it, and the activity says so.
- Platform 0.26.0: A GwG check can only be marked complete once it says whose money it is and how that was established.
- App 0.40.3: When a consent confirmation e-mail cannot be sent, the contact's page says so and keeps saying it until the next try.
- App 0.40.3: Starred boards and deals now appear under "Favoriten" in the sidebar, follow you to every device, and starred boards come first when you pick a board.
- Platform 0.25.4: Starred boards and deals are kept with the person, so the stars follow them to every device.
- App 0.40.0: On a phone the contact search uses the whole row, and a contact's page tells "link a company" apart from "new company".
- Platform 0.25.1: The demo deals in a new workspace now come in the language of the person who opened it.
- Platform 0.25.1: The app knows whether it may open a company workspace itself, so it can offer to request one instead of refusing after the name was typed.
- App 0.33.16: Your profile now lets you ask for your account's deletion and explains what stays with your company.
- App 0.27.0: A contact's page shows all their consents in one place, each with when and where it was given.
- App 0.26.1: Filtered contact lists keep people under their company's name, so a search never hides who someone works for.

- App 0.25.0: Ticked contacts go onto a board or off it in one step, and a wrong pick can be undone.
- App 0.25.0: Mentioning a colleague with @ in a deal comment or contact note tells them straight away.
- App 0.25.0: Contacts on a board offer the full menu right there, with no detour through all contacts.
- App 0.25.0: Contact boards sit in the sidebar, one click away, just like deal boards.

- App 0.24.4: Contact edits are marked saved only when they truly are, and colleagues' changes appear in an open record as they happen.

- Platform 0.15.0: Boards keep updating for everyone even when one person's deal change cannot be saved.
- Platform 0.15.0: Each person keeps a running thread of notes and logged calls, so every conversation leaves a trace.
- Platform 0.15.0: Tools connected to your workspace hear only what the whole team sees, so personal matters stay private.
- Platform 0.14.5: Contacts and companies always show what is saved, and you are told when a change did not go through.
- App 0.13.1: The company settings page now explains what you manage and gives you a reference to copy when you contact support.
- App 0.11.4: Company settings show your account status plainly in your language, and support can look up your workspace again when you ask.
- App 0.11.4: Adding notes to a company puts the cursor straight into the box, just as on a person's page.
- App 0.11.4: The consent confirmation page waits for your contact's own click, so every consent is truly theirs.

- App 0.11.4: A deal kept for its GwG check now says so when you try to delete it, and suggests "Verloren" instead.
- App 0.11.4: A deal's extra details read in plain words, including how far its GwG check has come.
