# Heute & Dashboard: der Tag auf einem Bildschirm

> „Heute“ zeigt zuerst, was nicht warten kann: Anfragen ohne Zuständigen, Freigaben für Pets, nicht marktreife Objekte. Dazu Monatszahlen und gesparte Zeit.

**Welches Problem das löst:** Der Tag beginnt mit zwölf Tabs: welche Anfragen niemandem gehören, worauf die Pets warten, was der Monat bisher brachte.

**Kurz gesagt:** „Heute“ ist, wo der Tag beginnt: Anfragen, die noch niemand hat, markiert,
damit jemand sie nimmt; worauf Ihre Pets Ihr Ja erwarten, in klaren Worten mit Grund;
Einrichtungsschritte für Inhaber und Admins. Das Dashboard daneben zeigt
die Zahlen des Monats, die erwartete Provision mit Ihrem Anteil an geteilten Deals und wie
viel Zeit Ihre Assistenten Ihnen gespart haben.

## Was Sie damit tun

- **Zuerst sehen, was nicht warten kann.** Nicht zugewiesene Anfragen, Anträge der Pets mit
  einem Klick freigeben oder ablehnen, Objekte, die noch nicht marktreif
  sind.
- **Eine Zeile auf später legen** — „Später“ sagt, bis wann, und lässt sich zurücknehmen.
- **Den Monat lesen.** Zahlungen, erwartete Provision, gesparte Zeit — gemessen mit Ihrer
  eigenen Antwortzeit, sobald Sie genug Anfragen selbst beantwortet haben, und klar gesagt,
  ob die Zahl gemessen oder noch geschätzt ist.
- **Ihr Layout behalten.** Das Dashboard öffnet, wie Sie es verlassen haben.

## So funktioniert es

Heute entsteht aus den Datensätzen: eine Anfrage ohne Zuständigen, eine Pet-Handlung, die
auf eine Entscheidung wartet, ein Objekt, das noch nicht marktreif ist. Ein Makler, der nur
eigene Datensätze sieht, sieht nur seine Einträge.

## Grenzen und Hinweise

- Die gesparte Zeit ist eine Schätzung, bis genug eigene Antworten gemessen sind; der
  Tagesabschluss sagt, was von beidem gilt.

- App 0.41.0: Your day's close now counts time saved with your own measured reply time, and says plainly whether the figure is measured or still an estimate.
- Platform 0.26.0: The time saved on your day's close now counts your own reply time by hand, once you have answered enough enquiries yourself.
