# Deals & pipeline: every sale on a board, every step on the record

> Every sale as a card on a sales board with stages, labels and comments: the pipeline's value, stalled deals one click away, and who won what this month.

**Status:** Available — In every workspace, documented here, with its changes listed on its page.
**On the broker’s path:** Deals
**Pets that work here:** Scout

**The problem this solves:** Nobody can say what the pipeline is worth, which deal is stuck and what the next step is, without asking around.

**In short:** A deal is a card on a board: the object, the parties, the stage, the next
step, the comments. The board shows what the pipeline is worth and which deal is stuck;
the commission report shows what each broker has won, booked and been paid. Pets work the
same cards, under your approval.

## What you can do

- **Move deals through stages** — Erstkontakt → Besichtigung → Angebot → Abschluss — on a
board you shape; several at once by Shift-click and right-click.
- **See the value.** The pipeline's worth without the lost deals, the expected commission with
your share of shared deals, and a pipeline report with stalled deals a click away.
- **Label and comment.** Labels your team already uses or new ones; @mentions tell the
colleague straight away; the history keeps who did what, pets included.
- **Hand over cleanly.** The mail that hands someone a deal names who handed it over and who
else works on it; a leaver's work is handed to a colleague before they go.
- **Know what each broker made.** Won, booked and paid this month, quarter or year — your
share of every deal — as a spreadsheet too.
- **Plan the week.** Deals and tasks on a calendar, a day/week/month grid and a Gantt view.

## How it works

The deal card links the object, the contacts and the enquiry it came from; an enquiry becomes
a deal with one step. Commission can be agreed per side with net, VAT and gross at once and a
word when the law would object; the anti-money-laundering check sits on the deal for the
owner and the admins.

## Limits and notes

- Deals in „Closed — Lost“ do not count towards the pipeline value.
- A broker limited to their own records sees their own deals only.

- App 0.41.0: See what each broker has won, booked and been paid this month, quarter or year — your share of every deal — and download it as a spreadsheet.
- App 0.41.0: A deal's commission can now be agreed per side and shows net, VAT and gross at once, with a word when the law would object.
- App 0.41.0: Deals in the sales pipeline's „Closed — Lost“ column no longer count towards the pipeline value.
- App 0.41.0: See your stock at a glance: the objects list now shows how many objects stand in each stage, for how long, and which have been on the market longest.
- Platform 0.27.0: Pets now get their work on cards done with every AI provider instead of failing before the first step.
- Platform 0.26.0: The mail that hands someone a deal now names who handed it over and who else works on it.
- Platform 0.26.0: A mail telling you that you were mentioned on a deal now says which deal and who works on it.
- Platform 0.26.0: The AI assistants on your deals now always write in German, formally, and keep working when one AI provider is down.
- App 0.40.3: Deals take labels: pick one your team already uses or type a new one, when creating a deal or on the deal itself.
- App 0.40.3: A deal's anti-money-laundering check is now seen only by the deal's owner and the admins, and a firm can let only admins complete it.
- Platform 0.25.4: A deal's anti-money-laundering check is kept to the deal's owner and the admins, and a firm can let only admins complete it.
- Platform 0.25.4: A new workspace starts without sample deals; the empty board shows an example instead.
- App 0.40.0: On a phone the pipeline list shows the deals' titles nearly in full instead of a column of empty dashes.
- App 0.40.0: On a phone the calendar shows its Day / Week / Month picker up front instead of half hidden at the screen's edge.
- App 0.40.0: The button in the new-deal dialog reads naturally in every language — "Create deal", "Deal anlegen", "Создать сделку".
- App 0.37.6: On boards, a screen reader now says each column's name and offers one way to rename it.
- App 0.37.4: The little calendar no longer changes height while you flip through months.
- App 0.37.3: With a screen reader, calendar days are read with their full date, and removing a linked record says which one.
- App 0.37.3: The pipeline report now explains its "to next stage" figure the way it is counted.
- Platform 0.19.1: Objects moved over from another CRM keep their stage, from on the market to sold, instead of starting over.
- App 0.30.0: The calendar stays usable while appointments load or before there are any, so you can book the first one.
- App 0.28.8: An object's stage sits beside its name as a compact badge again.
- App 0.28.4: The stage chip on an object has comfortable spacing again, so its label reads cleanly.
- Platform 0.17.9: Approving a card's priority change applies it straight away.
- Platform 0.17.6: Priority changes you approve for a pet take effect on the card, and its work is never cut short.
- App 0.27.0: Under "What pets may do alone", your firm decides how far pets act on their own, task by task.
- App 0.27.0: On the phone, proposals are checked by swiping through cards, and an unsure figure goes to the owner in one tap.
- Platform 0.17.0: Deal and task histories stay clean, recording only real changes in who follows them.
- App 0.25.0: Calendar appointments can be moved and resized from the keyboard, with screen readers announcing the new time.
- App 0.25.0: Every board shows the card details your workspace chose, and follows a colleague's change while it is open.
- App 0.25.0: The calendar can show a single colleague's appointments, and the link keeps that view for sharing.
- App 0.25.0: A bell on each deal and task lets you follow it, so you only hear about the cards that matter to you.
- App 0.25.0: In the calendar's month view, a deal spanning several days appears as one bar, not as a row of separate appointments.
- App 0.25.0: Deal boards stay tidy on narrower screens, and compact cards fit more deals into each column.
- App 0.25.0: A new board asks for its name first, so a misclick no longer leaves a stray board behind.
- App 0.25.0: New boards and pipelines get distinct names, and a link to a missing deal leads you back to your workspace.
- App 0.25.0: Deal comments update as colleagues write, edit or remove them, on the deal page and in the board's side panel.
- App 0.25.0: Images and PDFs open right on the deal, and their links keep working however long the page stays open.
- App 0.25.0: The time on a deal's header keeps up, so a page left open over lunch shows when the deal really changed.

… and 48 older changes.
