# Photos, plans & documents: every file on the object, right where it is used

**The problem this solves:** Photos arrive by WhatsApp, the floor plan is in a mail, a staged picture is shown as real, and the portal gets the wrong twelve.

**In short:** An object's page opens with its photos and videos; floor plans, 360° tours and
documents sit beside them. You decide which documents go to the portals, mark pictures an AI
made or changed, blur people and number plates, and every change reaches your website, the
exposé and the portals on its own.

## What you can do

- **One gallery for everything.** Step through photos and videos, see them full screen, add
  videos right there — iPhone footage included.
- **Label AI pictures once.** Mark a picture as AI-edited or AI-generated and your website,
  exposé and portals say so on it — see [AI-labelled pictures](https://docs.capitality.io/ai-labelled-images/).
- **Protect people.** Blur a face or a number plate; the blurred or removed photo leaves the
  portals at once.
- **Choose what documents go out.** A switch on each document, off until you set it; pictures
  and floor plans go as before.
- **Add a 360° tour.** Paste the link under the photos; it appears on your website, in the
  exposé link, in the PDF and goes to the portals with the listing.
- **Work in bulk in Dateien.** Shift-click a run of files and folders, right-click for what
  to do with them.
- **Collect papers from applicants.** Ask the applicant you chose for their papers; they upload
  them on their own page, privately, only what you asked for.

## How it works

Files belong to the object and travel with it: to the exposé, the website, the portals and
the handover protocol. A photo's new title, label or removal reaches your portal ads within
minutes.

## Limits and notes

- Excel with macros stays out; Excel sheets, CSV and text files can be stored.
- Portals show a published document to every visitor — keep people out of them.
