# Owner page & reports: the owner follows the sale without calling

> A page the owner opens by link, no account needed: progress of the sale, proposals to approve, facts to confirm, offers to choose and the agreement to sign.

**The problem this solves:** The owner phones every Friday to ask how the sale is going; the broker rebuilds the same report from memory each time.

**In short:** The owner follows their sale on their own page — opened by link, no account —
and answers you there: approves a proposal, confirms or corrects a property detail you were
unsure of, chooses from the offers or the bids, signs the brokerage agreement. Nobody has to
chase anyone by phone.

## What you can do

- **Report without writing.** The page shows how the sale is going; owner reports go out in
  the name of the colleague in charge.
- **Ask and get answers.** A fact you are unsure of goes to the owner in one tap; they
  confirm or correct it on the page.
- **Let the owner decide on the record.** Offers and tenant shortlists are chosen and signed
  on the page, with the owner's reason.
- **Get the agreement signed** by link, with a copy for both sides.

## How it works

Pages buyers and owners open by link are protected and stay out of search engines. What an
owner agrees to lands in their consent history, ready to show if anyone asks.

## Limits and notes

- The owner is a contact in your directory; imported objects find their owners among your
  contacts so mandates and pages address the right person.
