# Quick start & feedback: the first ten minutes, and a word back from any page

> A quick start that fits the page you are on, empty pages that explain themselves, feedback from any page, and the Guide pet answering in your language.

**The problem this solves:** A new workspace is an empty screen; the first ten minutes decide whether anyone comes back tomorrow.

**In short:** A new workspace does not start empty. The Quick start in the header speaks to
the page you are on — Objekte, Kontakte, Anfragen, Provisionen, Unterschriften, Import, the
firm page each bring their own first steps — and ticks itself as you go. Empty pages explain
themselves with an example. Every page can send us feedback, and we read it.

## What you can do

- **Follow the Quick start** page by page; it ticks itself the moment the step is done.
- **Ask the Guide.** The [Guide](https://docs.capitality.io/pets/guide/) understands how people really ask in German
  and answers with steps that name the buttons on screen.
- **Tell us.** Feedback from any page — and the „what is missing“ sheet on every Alpha
  feature — is kept and listed for us to read.
- **Find help.** „Help & support“ in the user menu opens one page with the ways to get help
  that really work, and says when to expect an answer.

## How it works

Sign-up is self-serve with a 14-day trial and no payment method; the first screen leads to
the company workspace in one click. Trial and plan reminders reach owners and admins in good
time, and a workspace whose trial ends rests in „Ruhemodus“ with its data kept.

- The Quick start shows setup steps only to owners and admins.

## New in this feature

- App 0.42.0: The quick start now speaks to the page you are on: Objekte, Kontakte, Anfragen, Provisionen, Unterschriften, Import and the firm page each bring their own first steps.
- App 0.42.0: The front page now lets you start a free trial straight away, and the OpenImmo guide says plainly what moves over and what you keep.
