**The problem this solves:** The second-largest German portal is published to by hand today.

**In short:** A connection to immowelt is planned: publishing a listing from its record, the
way [ImmoScout24](https://docs.capitality.io/integrations/immoscout24/) works today. Until then, immowelt's enquiries
already arrive in Capitality — forwarded by e-mail like every other portal's, see
[Portal enquiries by e-mail](https://docs.capitality.io/integrations/portal-mail/).

## What is planned

- Publish a listing to immowelt from its record, with the same pre-send check as for every
  portal.
- See the ad's state — live, created but not public, offline — beside the others.

## What works today

- Enquiries from immowelt by e-mail, with the person, the object and the message read out.

## Limits and notes

- Planned: on the roadmap, no date promised. The connection depends on partner access from
  AVIV, which is in progress.
