Scout

The problem this solves: Enquiries arrive at three in the morning; the first answer decides, and the broker is asleep.

In short: Scout is the sales assistant you hire into a workspace. It drafts replies to enquiries for your approval — until you let it answer alone — answers a person’s questions from the listing’s own facts, and works a deal card like a teammate: reads, summarises, spots what is stuck, proposes a next step, drafts the text you copy. What it waits for your yes on shows on „Heute“, with its reason.

  • Answers enquiries — as drafts for your approval, or on its own once you allow it; in a new workspace it drafts until you say otherwise.
  • Works deal cards. Assign it a card or @mention it in a comment: it reads the card and its comments, summarises, proposes, and delivers one well-structured comment.
  • Asks before acting. A status change or a mail is a request you approve or decline in one click.

Scout is a member with a role: it can see what its role sees and do what its role may. „What pets may do alone“ in the settings is one choice that covers all your pets. Every action is in the history with Scout’s name; its work counts in the monthly AI allowance.

Available. The dashboard shows how much time your assistants saved you this past month and how many enquiries they answered on their own.
