Pricing and billing
You pay for Capitality per user and month — with no minimum term, monthly or yearly. Here you find what the plans cost and how to manage invoices, your payment method and the number of users yourself. How to cancel, and when money comes back, is on Cancellation and refunds.
What does Capitality cost?
Section titled “What does Capitality cost?”| Plan | Price per user and month | List price |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | €39 | €49 |
| Pro | €79 | €99 |
| Design Partner | €19.50 until the end of the first year | – |
All prices are net, plus VAT. With Basic and Pro you run your whole brokerage — contacts, properties, exposés, enquiries, portals, calendar. Pro gives you a monthly AI allowance three times as large. How that compares with other broker software (in German): Maklersoftware Kosten & Vergleich 2026.
The prices in the table are launch prices. They apply for as long as we offer them; when they end, we tell you 30 days ahead, to the end of a month. If you pay yearly, your price stays fixed for the twelve months paid.
ImmoScout24 connection
Section titled “ImmoScout24 connection”To publish properties straight to ImmoScout24, add the connection: €5 per connected account and month, with Basic or Pro. During the trial you connect accounts without it. It ends together with your plan.
Design partners
Section titled “Design partners”As a design partner you use Capitality free for 90 days and then for €19.50 per user and month until the end of your first year. After that we move you to Basic automatically, at its price then — never more than a new customer pays. We remind you by email a month and a week before. The terms are on capitality.io/design-partner.
Free trial
Section titled “Free trial”After registering, you use Capitality free for 14 days with everything included, without entering a payment method. We remind you by email a week and a day before it ends; in its last week the sidebar counts the days down.
If you need more time, extend once by 14 days in the last three days: Settings → Billing → Extend by 14 days. If you book no plan, your workspace moves to rest mode — your data is kept.
Booking a plan
Section titled “Booking a plan”- Open Settings → Billing.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly — price locked and the number of users.
- Click Continue to payment on the plan you want and pay by card or another method offered.
The payment page belongs to Creem, our payment provider — which is why you see its name there. Afterwards you are straight back in Capitality, and your plan is active.
Owners and administrators of a workspace book and change its plan. Other members see billing read-only.
Downloading invoices
Section titled “Downloading invoices”Open Settings → Billing and, under Payment method & invoices, click Open the customer portal. You land on Creem’s page, already signed in, and download the invoice and receipt for every payment there.
Creem issues the invoice because it handles your payment for us. If you accepted an individual offer, Capkrea GmbH sends you the invoice, payable within 14 days.
Changing your payment method or billing details
Section titled “Changing your payment method or billing details”The same Open the customer portal button lets you add a new card or change your billing details. The next charge then uses the new payment method.
Adding or removing users
Section titled “Adding or removing users”When someone joins the team, raise the number of users under Settings → Billing and click Save seats. You pay pro rata for the rest of the current period, with your next invoice. Lower the number, and you get the unused part back pro rata.
Switching plans
Section titled “Switching plans”You can switch between Basic and Pro at any time on the same page. This is prorated too; whether you pay monthly or yearly stays the same.
When a payment fails
Section titled “When a payment fails”If a renewal cannot be collected, we try again over the following days and you get an email asking you to update your payment method. In Capitality, owners and administrators see a notice on the billing page with an Update payment method button. Your plan keeps running meanwhile. If no payment succeeds, it ends and the workspace moves to rest mode.
Price changes
Section titled “Price changes”We announce price changes at least 30 days ahead, in text form, effective at the start of a billing month — at most once per calendar year and by at most 15 % of the list price. A year already paid is not affected, and you can cancel before the change takes effect. The end of a launch price is not a price change.
The terms of service are binding.
