Doks: the pet for documents and signatures
- On the broker’s path
- Closing & handover
- Pets that work here
- Doks
The problem this solves: Documents arrive as photos of paper; someone has to read them, file them and ask for the signature that is missing.
In short: Doks reads, files and checks documents, and asks an owner or a buyer to confirm one — a brokerage agreement, a commission agreement — on your behalf and under your approval.
What it does
Section titled “What it does”- Reads documents that arrive as files or photos of paper and files them with the record they belong to.
- Asks for signatures. A signature request Doks sends is a request you approved; the reminder and the proof follow as with any request — see Signatures.
Under whose approval
Section titled “Under whose approval”Doks acts under the permissions of its role and asks before anything leaves the house; every request and every file it touches is in the history with its name.
Status
Section titled “Status”Beta: hired per workspace, complete for the first firms using it. Checking an applicant’s papers is where Doks is planned to help next.
