Getting started with Capitality

In short: Sign up at app.capitality.io and try everything free for 14 days, with no payment method. The menu on the left is where the work happens: Today, Enquiries, Properties, Contacts, your deal boards and the Calendar.

Sign up and sign in

• Create your workspace at app.capitality.io/signup. The 14-day trial includes everything; no payment method is needed. Plans and the trial are explained on Pricing and billing.
• Sign in at app.capitality.io/login. The first screen leads to your company workspace in one click; if you belong to several, switch from the workspace menu.

Where the work happens

• Today - what cannot wait: enquiries nobody has yet, what your pets wait for, objects not yet ready for the market. See Today & dashboard.
• Enquiries - every portal, website and mail enquiry in one queue. See Enquiries.
• Properties - objects and units, their photos and documents, listings and the exposé. See Objects & units and Listings.
• Contacts - owners, buyers and tenants with their consents. See Contacts.
• Boards - your deals as cards on a sales board. See Deals & pipeline.
• Calendar - viewings and appointments. See Viewings.
• Settings - your profile, notifications, the team and its roles. See Roles & permissions.

Your first steps

1. Bring your stock over from your previous software: Import & OpenImmo.
2. Forward your portal enquiries once: Portal enquiries by e-mail.
3. Invite your team and give each colleague a role: Roles & permissions.
4. Follow the Quick start the app shows on each page: Quick start & feedback.
