The problem this solves: A new workspace is an empty screen; the first ten minutes decide whether anyone comes back tomorrow.
In short: A new workspace does not start empty. The Quick start in the header speaks to the page you are on — Objekte, Kontakte, Anfragen, Provisionen, Unterschriften, Import, the firm page each bring their own first steps — and ticks itself as you go. Empty pages explain themselves with an example. Every page can send us feedback, and we read it.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Follow the Quick start page by page; it ticks itself the moment the step is done.
- Ask the Guide. The Guide understands how people really ask in German and answers with steps that name the buttons on screen.
- Tell us. Feedback from any page — and the „what is missing“ sheet on every Alpha feature — is kept and listed for us to read.
- Find help. „Help & support“ in the user menu opens one page with the ways to get help that really work, and says when to expect an answer.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”Sign-up is self-serve with a 14-day trial and no payment method; the first screen leads to the company workspace in one click. Trial and plan reminders reach owners and admins in good time, and a workspace whose trial ends rests in „Ruhemodus“ with its data kept.
