Today & dashboard: the day in one screen
- On the broker’s path
- The firm
- Pets that work here
- Guide, Scout
The problem this solves: The day starts with twelve tabs: which enquiries are nobody’s, what the pets wait for, what the month earned so far.
In short: „Heute“ is where the day starts: enquiries nobody has yet, marked so someone takes them; what your pets wait for your yes on, in plain words with their reason; setup steps for owners and admins. The dashboard beside it shows the month’s figures, expected commission with your share of shared deals, and how much time your assistants saved you.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- See what cannot wait first. Unassigned enquiries, pets’ requests to approve or decline in one click, objects not yet ready for the market.
- Put a line off until later — „Later“ says until when and lets you take it back.
- Read the month. Payments, expected commission, time saved — measured with your own reply time once you have answered enough enquiries yourself, and said plainly whether the figure is measured or still an estimate.
- Keep your layout. The dashboard opens with the layout you last left it in.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”Today is assembled from the records: an enquiry without an owner, a pet action waiting for a decision, an object not yet ready for the market. A broker limited to their own records sees their own items only.
Limits and notes
Section titled “Limits and notes”- The time-saved figure is an estimate until enough of your own replies have been measured; the day’s close says which it is.
