Deals & pipeline: every sale on a board, every step on the record
- On the broker’s path
- Deals
- Pets that work here
- Scout
The problem this solves: Nobody can say what the pipeline is worth, which deal is stuck and what the next step is, without asking around.
In short: A deal is a card on a board: the object, the parties, the stage, the next step, the comments. The board shows what the pipeline is worth and which deal is stuck; the commission report shows what each broker has won, booked and been paid. Pets work the same cards, under your approval.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Move deals through stages — Erstkontakt → Besichtigung → Angebot → Abschluss — on a board you shape; several at once by Shift-click and right-click.
- See the value. The pipeline’s worth without the lost deals, the expected commission with your share of shared deals, and a pipeline report with stalled deals a click away.
- Label and comment. Labels your team already uses or new ones; @mentions tell the colleague straight away; the history keeps who did what, pets included.
- Hand over cleanly. The mail that hands someone a deal names who handed it over and who else works on it; a leaver’s work is handed to a colleague before they go.
- Know what each broker made. Won, booked and paid this month, quarter or year — your share of every deal — as a spreadsheet too.
- Plan the week. Deals and tasks on a calendar, a day/week/month grid and a Gantt view.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”The deal card links the object, the contacts and the enquiry it came from; an enquiry becomes a deal with one step. Commission can be agreed per side with net, VAT and gross at once and a word when the law would object; the anti-money-laundering check sits on the deal for the owner and the admins.
Limits and notes
Section titled “Limits and notes”- Deals in „Closed — Lost“ do not count towards the pipeline value.
- A broker limited to their own records sees their own deals only.
