Handover protocol: recorded at the door, signed on the spot, filed with the property

AlphaBuilt on request. The app says so where you use it and asks what is missing.
On the broker’s path
Closing & handover

The problem this solves: The handover is written on paper at the door, the meter photo is on someone’s phone, and the dispute comes six months later.

In short: At the handover you record the protocol on your phone or tablet: rooms, meters, the scratch on the worktop as a photo tagged with its room. Both parties sign on the spot, the protocol is saved with the property, and the photos are printed in it.

  • Record at the door. Rooms, meter readings, keys, defects — as a form on the phone.
  • Photograph and tag. Each photo gets its room and is printed in the protocol.
  • Sign on the spot. Both parties sign on the device; the protocol is saved with the property.
  • Walk through with your voice. A walkthrough shows your words as you speak and files photos by the room you name; voice notes turn into text when you finish.

Walkthrough recordings are written down the way your firm chooses, kept for the term your firm sets, and erased when it is over — at once when an owner asks. Faces, number plates and family photos stay unrecognisable wherever a picture is shown outside your firm.

  • Alpha: built on request. The app says so where you use it and asks what is missing.
