Welches Problem das löst: Ein neuer Arbeitsbereich ist ein leerer Bildschirm; die ersten zehn Minuten entscheiden, ob morgen jemand wiederkommt.
Kurz gesagt: Ein neuer Arbeitsbereich beginnt nicht leer. Der Schnellstart in der Kopfzeile spricht zur Seite, auf der Sie sind — Objekte, Kontakte, Anfragen, Provisionen, Unterschriften, Import, die Firmenseite bringen je eigene erste Schritte — und hakt sich selbst ab, während Sie arbeiten. Leere Seiten erklären sich mit einem Beispiel. Jede Seite kann uns Feedback senden, und wir lesen es.
Was Sie damit tun
Abschnitt betitelt „Was Sie damit tun“- Dem Schnellstart folgen, Seite für Seite; er hakt sich ab, sobald der Schritt getan ist.
- Den Guide fragen. Der Guide versteht, wie Menschen auf Deutsch wirklich fragen, und antwortet mit Schritten, die die Knöpfe auf dem Bildschirm nennen.
- Uns sagen. Feedback von jeder Seite — und der Bogen „was fehlt“ an jeder Alpha-Funktion — wird behalten und für uns aufgelistet.
- Hilfe finden. „Hilfe & Support“ im Benutzermenü öffnet eine Seite mit den Wegen zur Hilfe, die wirklich funktionieren, und sagt, wann eine Antwort kommt.

Erinnerungen zu Test und Tarif erreichen Inhaber und Admins rechtzeitig, und ein Arbeitsbereich, dessen Test endet, ruht im „Ruhemodus“ mit allen Daten.
