Was Sie damit tun
Abschnitt betitelt „Was Sie damit tun“- Sequenzen vom Board starten.
- Jede Mail gleich unterschreiben.
- Sehen, was wann geht.
- App 0.42.0A sequence can now start by itself when you put a person on a contact board — „Kontakt zum Board hinzugefügt“ is back in the editor.
- App 0.41.0Going on holiday? Enter your days away and a deputy under „Anfragen & Antworten“ — your new enquiries and reminders go to them until you are back.
- App 0.41.0When a sequence step should skip public holidays, your firm's federal state is already chosen.
- App 0.41.0A sequence's participants list says when each person's next mail goes — "tomorrow, 09:30" — in German time, also on a phone, and shows the step's send rule beside it.
- App 0.41.0Keep your e-mail signature in one place, and every automated mail sent in your name closes with it.
- App 0.41.0Each step of a sequence can now go at a set time, within office hours, and skip weekends and the public holidays of your state.
- App 0.41.0Each language of a template now has its own subject line, so English-speaking contacts no longer get a German subject.
- App 0.40.3Pick "Frau" or "Herr" for a contact, and follow-up mails greet them as "Guten Tag Frau Kunz,".
- App 0.40.0Times for viewings, viewing slots and follow-ups now use your own clock setting — 13:00, or 1:00 PM if you chose 12-hour — like the calendar.
- App 0.37.3Leaving a sequence with unsaved changes now asks first, and an empty template list says there is nothing to choose yet.
- App 0.25.0A market update or open-house invitation goes to chosen contacts in one send, with their consent respected as in sequences.
- App 0.25.0Email template details save as you go, like the rest of the app, so nothing waits on a final click.
- App 0.25.0Removing someone from a sequence can be undone, and people who opted out are listed apart from real failures.
- App 0.25.0Sequences start exactly when you intend, and remind you if your company's legally required email details are still missing.
- App 0.25.0The template preview now reads like the mail your customers get, signed with your name and your company's details.
- App 0.25.0Message template wording is yours to edit, language by language, and any template can be duplicated as a start for your own.
- App 0.23.1The exposé guide on capitality.io now offers free Word templates for a flat and a house, with a filled-in example.

- App 0.11.1Sequences count the way you speak, and their windows hold all their content without spilling over.
- App 0.11.1The template preview shows each e-mail as your contacts will receive it, fully laid out.
- Platform 0.7.3An exposé mail greets your contact once, whether you write your own greeting or not.

- App 0.10.0Adding contacts to a sequence shows up front who cannot receive it without consent, and how to fix that.
