Was Sie damit tun
Abschnitt betitelt „Was Sie damit tun“- Aus dem Datensatz veröffentlichen, an mehrere Portale zugleich.
- App 0.42.0The publishing dialog, portals panel and bulk publishing no longer show an ad that is created but not public as online.
- App 0.42.0An ad a portal created but did not put online now shows as „Angelegt, nicht öffentlich“ with the portal's reason, instead of looking live.
- App 0.41.0Lettings now carry their full rent: Nebenkosten, Heizkosten, Kaution and the Warmmiete, with a word when a Kaution asks more than the law allows.
- App 0.41.0Pick several listings and put them on a portal at once — each is checked first, and only the ones that pass go out.
- App 0.41.0The portal your ad is on is credited beside its data in the publish dialog as well.
- Platform 0.27.0The flats of one building now go to the portals as separate ads instead of overwriting each other.
- Platform 0.27.0Portals no longer show a flat with a plot of zero square metres; an empty area simply stays out of the listing.
- Platform 0.26.0Owners of a let property now read about the letting, and a letting started by hand gets the letting's own steps.
- Platform 0.26.0Every night your portal ads are checked against your objects, so an ad that fell out of step is put right before the office opens.
- Platform 0.26.0A rental on the firm's website now shows its Nebenkosten, Heizkosten, Warmmiete and Kaution under the cold rent, and search engines read the rent as monthly.
- Platform 0.25.4A language taken offline on the firm's site says so and leads to the property in the language still online.
- App 0.40.0The integrations pages no longer tell a brand-new workspace to delete its old portal ads, and system connections are named in your language.
- App 0.40.0"Create listing" now asks which property it is for, so starting from the listings no longer makes a second copy of a flat you already have.
- App 0.40.0A listing's state now reads the same everywhere — Live, Draft, Offline — and only a live listing announces its offers.
- App 0.40.0The property list gives a phone its whole screen when everything fits on one page, and sale prices no longer say "one-time charge".
- Platform 0.25.1Why a listing could not go live is now written in the language of the broker who published it, not the listing's.
- Platform 0.25.0You see where every listing is on the portals right from the list, and what a portal still needs before you publish.
- Platform 0.24.1An object marked sold now comes off the portals even when the update sent to them just before had failed.
- Platform 0.24.0Portal ads now follow your listing: a sold or let object comes down from the portals at once, and a reserved one shows as reserved.
- App 0.37.3On a contact, listings already sent to them say so, and two sends on one day show their times.
- App 0.37.3Settings → Sources no longer lists the portal mail source as a website form.
- App 0.37.3Usage history starts with the workspace's first month instead of listing months before it existed.
- Platform 0.22.2An object's old web address now leads to its current page when it was published again, instead of saying it is no longer online.
- App 0.34.3New listings pick sale or rental from the property itself, so a rental can no longer go out as a sale.
- Platform 0.20.4When a portal connection pauses or a publication fails, the right people hear it at once, in plain words.
- Platform 0.20.4Rentals reach every portal as rentals, so a flat for rent can no longer go out as a sale.
- Platform 0.20.0Your properties can be found without paying a portal: each gets its own page on your firm's website.
- Platform 0.19.3When a portal refuses a listing, you see it on the listing with the portal's reason, ready to fix.
- App 0.28.8Listings name the neighbourhood and keep special home types such as maisonettes, so similar homes no longer look identical.
- App 0.27.0Every link to a listing now opens its property right at the marketing, with that listing picked out.
- App 0.27.0A listing that cannot go live yet names each missing detail, and guided listings are kept as drafts until ready.
- App 0.27.0Marketing now happens on the property page: every channel at a glance, and all ready listings go live together.
- App 0.27.0When a portal needs a missing detail, the listing names each one right away, so you can add it and send again.
- App 0.27.0Portals no longer turn listings away for missing details, because going live waits until everything required is in place.
- Platform 0.17.0A listing goes live only once the legally required details are there, and you are told exactly what to add.
- Platform 0.17.0Each property gets a price range from your own book, with an honest note on how sure it is.
- Platform 0.17.0A property moves to "In Vermarktung" by itself when one of its listings goes live, with no extra click.
- Platform 0.17.0Listings are written in the language they are published in, and replies follow the language people wrote in.
- Platform 0.17.0The listings list and public listing feeds show exactly what is listed, even right after an update.
- App 0.26.0Units never published are marked "Nicht inseriert" in listings, so you always know what is really live.
